Built out of The Shepherd & The Sound film encounter and Psalms Microfilms, this ten-week Community Journey for small groups deep dives into the intersection between the ancient narrative of King David and participants’ own personal stories.

Themes explored include: identity, family, loss & lament, celebration, and nature elements.

Through cinema and spiritual practice, each session is an invitation to personal reflection and action.

Journey in community.

Experience the Sound together.

The Community Journey is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and disconnect from distraction.

Designed for those who would like to deepen or restore their connection to the sound of Eternal in their spiritual journey.

Journey alongside David and find nourishment for your mind, body, and spirit.

The group experience people are longing for.

“This was so transformative for me. It was like rain on desert land. I hope this happens again so I can bring others. I would love to see others like the woman at the well come to life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for this beautiful work of art.”

– Teersa V.

“We are lonely but afraid of intimacy. The digital connections we think we want are not enough. We need the real presence of other people, the emotional connections that come from face-to-face conversations.”

— Sherry Turkle, “Reclaiming Conversation: The Power of Talk in a Digital Age”

“Music and silence–how I detest them both! No square inch of infernal space and no moment of infernal time has been surrendered to either of those abominable forces, but all has been occupied by Noise…we will make the whole universe a noise in the end.”

— C.S. Lewis, The Screwtape Letters
